Service Description:
|
Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people with Alzheimer's disease, related dementias, an acquired brain injury, are cognitively impaired, or are frail elderly and adults with disabilities in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
Activities include:
- daily exercise
- wellness programs
- conversations and current events discussions
- arts and crafts
- games
- daily hot lunch and snacks
- outdoor programs
- gardening
- multi-age programs
- visiting pets
- music
- assistance with personal care

$21 per day * subsidy available for eligible participants
