Service Description:

Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation program for people who have had a stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, or other new neurological event
- helps patients re-learn activities of
daily livinghelps with swallowing difficultieshelp with memory and thinking skillseducates them about their healthconnects them with other community services
Treatment lasts up to 12 weeks maximum * Progression level of rehabilitative care for patients working to restore or maximize functionality
