Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic supervised activities to accommodate older adults who are physically frail, post-stroke, cognitively impaired, have early stage Alzheimer's disease, socially isolated in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care- personal care
