Service Description: Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic supervised activities to accommodate older adults who are physically frail, post-stroke, cognitively impaired, have early stage Alzheimer's disease, socially isolated in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Fees: Call for details * includes breakfast, lunch, snack and program materials * discount for attending 2 or more days a week * subsidies will be considered on an eligibility basis
