Service Description:
|
A reimbursement program that helps adults with a developmental disability to participate in their communities and gives caregivers a break. Funding is provided for:
- respite
- activities of daily living
- community participation
- education
- administration
- personal directed planning

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Anyone who is 18 years or older and has a developmental disability may apply for the program. However, eligibility is determined by Developmental Services Ontario (DSO). Caregivers are encouraged to begin the application process when the individual has reached 16 years of age.
