Service Description:

Supports for children with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes * monitoring blood sugar levels, medications, healthy eating, exercise, and other lifestyle choices * registered dietitian, registered nurse, pediatrician, social worker on staff
Clinic operates 3.5 days per week within the Pediatric Outpatient Clinic located on the 6th floor
