Supports for people living with prediabetes or diabetes and their family members * one-one-one or group consultation on monitoring blood sugar levels, medications, healthy eating, exercise, and other lifestyle choices * registered nurse, endocrinologist, pharmacist, social worker and dietitian on staff * telephone appointments offered

Gestational Counseling - Information given for diabetes during pregnancy which includes meal planning, blood sugar monitoring, insulin initiation as directed by physician, and follow up
