Service Description:

This program treats patients with end stage renal disease (Kidney damage) that can be related to diabetes, hypertension, blockage, infection, congenital disorders or malignancies. Some services are offered at satellite locations:- Whitby hospital site at 300 Gordon St
- Lakeridge Gardens LTC at 680 Harwood Ave S, Ajax
