Service Description:
|
Provides therapy services that assist children who are delayed in their development to develop the skills they need in everyday life such as walking, talking, and activities of daily living.
Therapy services include:
- physiotherapy
- speech and language therapy
- occupational therapy
- social work
- therapeutic recreation
- augmentative communication service
- specialized clinics
Preschool Resource Teacher service available to support children with special needs attending licensed child care in Peterborough and Northumberland counties. Infant hearing screening clinics, auditory verbal therapy and social work support for the provincial Infant Hearing and Blind Low Vision programs.
