Registered Nurses and
Registered Practical Nurses provide nursing care throughout the Durham Region.
Visit, hourly, and shift options available.
Nursing services include, but not
limited to:
- would care
- palliative care
- IV Therapy
- chronic disease management
- dialysis
- medication management
- care of medically fragile children

Private pay patients must call the organization for current fee schedule. No fee for Ontario Health atHome patients
|
|
|
Application:
|
No referral required for private pay clients. Ontario Health atHome patients are referred by a Care Coordinator.
