Service Description: Community Education * Presentations / Workshops / Seminars * Speakers are available to businesses, organizations, schools, sports teams, churches and social group to speak on a variety of topics including stigma, mental health and mental illness, suicide preventions and coping strategies * public education programs include:
  • Mental Health 101
  • Open Your Mind - A program available to high schools offering information on mental illnesses and the stigma and myths associated with the illness. Free to high schools within the four counties.
  • The Stigma of Mental Health

  • Suicide Awareness/Intervention
  • Mental Distress: Recognition and Response
  • Caregiver stress
