Service Description: Registry for families and caregivers of vulnerable persons * includes emergency contact information, detailed physical description, known routines and special needs of vulnerable people when responding to a crisis situation involving them * vulnerable persons can be registered online or in person at the station

Eligibility / Target Population: People who due to medical cognitive, mental health or physical condition may exhibit patterns of behaviour that may pose a danger to themselves
