Service Description:
|
Provides case management services to individuals 16 years or older that have a mental illness (concurrent/dual diagnosis or cognitive disability included) and current involvement in the criminal justice system or who are at immediate risk of involvement with the judicial system.

Referrals are accepted from all sources, including self-referrals.
Referrals are through the Access Point.
