Service Description:
|
Provides personal care and essential homemaking to frail older adults and adults with special needs * clients must be able to direct their own care and be alone between visits by Personal Support Workers.
Services include:
- Personal Care such as help with dressing, grooming, washing, toileting and mobility
- Homemaking Services including light dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, laundry and meal preparation
- Security Checks that include regular contact via intermittent visits and telephone calls.

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Must live in Lindsay * Adults who meet Ontario Health eligibility and are in need of personal support, homemaking, and reassurance visits.
