Service Description: Education, programs and support to people living with arthritis

Arthritis Rehabilitation and Education Program -  Community-based rehabilitation program * physiotherapists, occupational therapists and social workers available * individual consultation and group education sessions

Topics may include:
  •   dealing with pain
  •   arthritis medications
  •   exercises to reduce stiffness, increase strength and improve fitness
  •   new ways to be active and minimize stress on joints
  •   coping with the emotional impact of arthritis
  •   self-management strategies

Support and Self- Management Programs - Online self-management courses (E-learning programs): mental health and well-being * arthritis and work: managing chronic pain * navigating your healthcare * overcoming fatigue * eating well * staying active daily living * medical cannabis and arthritis 


Support for Childhood Arthritis - resources for families living with childhood arthritis
