Service Description:

Provides 24 hour on-call as well as scheduled attendant care services to adults with permanent physical disabilities who are living in their own units within an apartment complex * 11 units provided by the housing provider are accessible and have been retrofitted to the needs of the consumer * attendant service hours are customized to suit each individual lifestyle and to promote independence
