Service Description:
|
Transitional support for women and gender diverse survivors of trauma and/or abuse who are leaving abusive relationships. Safety planning, risk assessment, case management, information about community services, help with housing applications, housing information sessions, social assistance, etc. Support offered for survivors of human trafficking.

Self-referrals are accepted.
The Integrated Intake is the first point of contact for clients requesting services from the Clinic. Individuals may call or attend the drop-in intake during In-take hours on Thursday.
