Service Description:
|
Offers primary health care services including primary care/family medicine, counselling, foot care, and nutrition counselling, diabetes education program, health-related workshops and groups * engages residents and community partners in increasing food security in the local communities
Chiropody (Foot Care)
- Basic foot care provided by a chiropodist * services include care of corns, calluses, ingrown toe nails, warts, diabetic ulcers and other skin infections

Counselling Services
- Community-based counselling services for people experiencing complex issues such as depression, anxiety and emotional distress * short-term counselling and advocacy support * confidential

Primary Care Clinic
- Family physicians, nurse practitioners and nurses provide primary care to clients
|
Bathurst-Finch Hub offers primary health care services, mental health counselling, chiropody services, dietician services, as well as a diabetes education program, and health-related workshops and groups * offers the use of community rooms and community kitchen for public events and community gatherings
