Participates in LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) in English, upon assessment by YMCA of Greater Toronto (see separate entry), childminding and transportation assistance available, full-time or part-time classes

- supportive counselling; newcomer mental health service
- assistance in form filling
- bridging services
- employment counselling
- group information sessions; workshops and tours
- supports newcomer tenants in private rental market
