Service Description: Labour Program protects rights and wellbeing of workers and employers in federally regulated workplaces provides information on:
  • federal employment standards
  • employment and pay equity
  • occupational health and safety, including workplace anti-harassment and anti-violence policies, procedures and training
  • workplace safety legislation
  • collective bargaining information

Fill out service request form to request appointment, a Service Canada officer will call within 2 business days
