Service Description:

Dreaming in Colour- enhance participants' employability and support participants in their career journeys
- includes 8 weeks of in-class training, field trip activities and personalized career consultation, focusing on developing life skills, self-understanding and employment preparation
- open to people who are motivated to make positive changes and are interested in building a supportive peer network
Pathway of Hope- comprehensive case management, supporting individuals and families in setting goals and breaking the cycle of poverty
- connects participants to community resources, such as employment support, education, and housing while also fostering a network of support and a sense of community
- takes a holistic approach, addressing not just physical needs but also emotional and spiritual well-being
Christmas Support- Christmas toy support for families in need (applications in early November)
