Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people
remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral
to other community services
- bathing, dressing, grooming
- medication monitoring
- assistance with the activities of daily living
- assistance with complex routines including assisting people who are ventilator dependent or use g/j tubes
