Service Description: Provides free brief mental health support to infants, children, youth, young adults (up to age 29) and families. 
In-person sessions are available at Strides Toronto 6 days a week
  • Registration closed 1h 30 mins prior to the end of in-person service hours.
  • No appointment is necessary; first come, first served.
  • Face masks are recommended for in-person sessions.
  • Services closed on statutory holidays.

The What’s Up Walk-In (WUWI) clinic is Toronto’s only free, six-day-a-week mental health counselling walk-in service for infants, children, youth, young adults, and families. The clinics help with issues such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, suicidal ideation, sexual identity matters, bullying, behavioural concerns and addictions.

Eligibility / Target Population: Individuals aged 0 – 29 years old and their caregivers
