Service Description:
|
Provides assessment, short term therapy, family intervention, group therapy, parental groups, linkages with and education to schools, community education/programs. The interdisciplinary team includes a psychiatrist, social workers, nurse practitioners, child and youth workers and an intake clinician.

Application:
|
Clients are referred through a family physician, pediatrician or psychiatrist or through a crisis and emergency room physician for follow up appointments as appropriate. All new referrals are screened by the intake clinician. Priority is given to any urgent cases.
