Service Description: Comprehensive care for a range of conditions that can impact brain function, including:
  • Assessment and diagnosis 
  • Treatment on a time limited basis, including medication management (pharmacotherapy), psychotherapy, relaxation, and follow up care 
  • Education and support for clients, families, and professional caregivers 
With a Focus on Aging - Specializes in brain health across the lifespan, with a particular focus on the unique challenges faced by older adults

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Adults over the age of 65 who are experiencing a mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, behaviour or personality changes, confusion or significant caregiver stress. Patients must be able to attend appointments at Baycrest.
