Rehabilitative Care - Hospital-Based Specialized Clinics and Services - Central East

Supportive and technology-based rehabilitation services provided by regulated health professionals, provided in a hospital on an outpatient basis. These programs generally do not provide hands-on therapy or treatment services, but may provide ongoing medical management of conditions.
