Medical Information Alerts - Peterborough City and County

Programs and services for communicating prepared medical information provided in easily identifiable accessories or printed forms that are quickly accessed by first responders in the event of medical emergencies. Personal information can include medical conditions, drug and food allergies, special needs, medications, and organ donation wishes.
 
These services are located outside of Peterborough City and County, but provide service to Peterborough City and County.
