Service Description: Adult Day Program for older adults experiencing physical or cognitive health conditions including Alzheimer Disease and dementia, chronic health issues such as heart disease and diabetes or those who may be frail and isolated.

This program offers a social and recreational experience in a safe, stimulating environment for individuals who are still living in the community but need special support in order to stay at home. The program provides regular respite to caregivers as well as emotional and practical support.

Activities include music, exercise, pet therapy, discussion groups, falls prevention exercise and special events. The main focus of the program is to maintain the clients independence for as long as possible.
