Service Description: 60-bed long-term care home * residential care for 2 private rooms, 34 semi-private rooms, and 24 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals * two short-stay care beds 
  • bedding and furniture
  • laundry and housekeeping

  • personal hygiene supplies
  • medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
  • assistance with medication and activities of daily living
  • recreation and social programs

Services and Programs:


Light - May be partially weight bearing, minimum 1 person transfer, require some assistance with activities of daily living.

Medium - May be a 1-2 person transfer, require assistance with activities of daily living.

Heavy - Non-weight bearing, require a mechanical lift, require total care, assistance with all activities of daily living.


BATHROOM TYPES: 2 piece ensuite in each room

SHORT STAY BED TYPE: 2 beds, one male and one female basic bed

TOUR FREQUENCY: By appointment


FACILITY SECURITY TYPE: Wander guards and coded exit at doors


Assistance with activities of daily living, bladder irrigations, catheter - indwelling/intermittent/suprapubic, wound care, drains - care removal, g-tubes, incontinent supplies and management, inhalation therapy, mechanical lift, oxygen, tubes, suction - oral and tracheal, ventilation/respirators

FURNITURE POLICY: Personal chair, dresser, television

MEAL PLAN / SERVICE TYPES: Central dining rooms, special diets

PHYSICIAN VISIT FREQUENCY: Residents have own physicians.Medical Advisor visits weekly
