Service Description: 30-bed long-term care home * residential care for 18 private rooms and 6 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals

Assistance with activities of daily living. Bladder irrigation, Catheter - indwelling, intermittent, suprapubic. Colostomies/Ileoconduit, Dressing - aseptic and sterile, Foot care, Feeding tubes, Incontinent supplies and management, Inhalation therapy, Mechnanical lifts, Ceiling lifts, Oxygen - intermittent, continous, concentrator, Tubes- nephrostomy and nasogastric, Suction - oral and tracheal, Wound Care

Fees: Rates set by the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care * subsidies for basic rates may be available for eligible applicants
