Service Description: 48-bed long-term care home * residential care for 2 private rooms, 26 semi-private rooms, and 20 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals

LEVEL OF CARE:

Light - May be partially weight bearing, minimum 1 person transfer, require some assistance with activities of daily living.

Medium - May be a 1-2 person transfer, require assistance with activities of daily living.

Heavy - Non-weight bearing, require a mechanical lift, require total care, assistance with all activities of daily living.

RESIDENT CARE SERVICES:

Assistance with activities of daily living, bladder irrigations, catheter - indwelling/intermittent/suprapubic, wound care, drains - care removal, g-tubes, incontinent supplies and management, inhalation therapy, mechanical lift, oxygen, tubes, suction - oral and tracheal, ventilation/respirators
