Service Description: Focuses on health promotion in various topics including:
  • Substance Use Prevention and Harm Reduction
  • Chronic Disease Prevention and Wellbeing (including healthy eating)
  • School Health
  • Healthy Growth and Development (with a focus on preventing adverse childhood experiences)

Focused on reducing health inequities for underserved populations through education/awareness, creating supportive environments and advocating for system-level change.
