Service Description:

Homemakers and Personal Support Workers are available to provide assistance with daily living, personal care, meal preparation, homemaking services and in-home respite services.

Eligibility / Target Population:

Supervisor will visit client to assess eligibility for private pay clients. Ontario Health atHome clients are assessed by a care coordinator to determine eligibility.
