Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people with Alzheimer's Disease, dementia or cognitive impairment in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care * assistance with:- toileting and personal care needs

- transportation provided through Durham Region Specialized Transit Services
