Service Description: 30-bed long-term care home * residential care for private and semi-private rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals

RESTRAINT METHOD - Practises least restraint in accordance with HHHS "Least Restraint Policy"

RESIDENT SERVICES: Assistance with activities of daily living
