Service Description: Providing respite care for families with children, ages 4-13 years, who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder * Second respite location in Whitby at St. Mark's United Church, 201 Centre S S, Whitby, ON L1N 4V7

Whitby site also offers a teen and youth program for youth ages 14-21 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This program focuses on life skills and social skills.

Fees: $30 per session
Application: Waiting Period 2-6 months.
Eligibility / Target Population: Child and youth must be diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and be 18 years of age and under. Youth social program 14-21 - youth with autism and their peers.
