Service Description: This not-for-profit organization provides opportunities for re-integration so that people without housing can make the transition from homelessness to home.

Emergency shelter - 40 beds, the average length of stay is 7 nights. On-site staffing.

Transitional housing - 10 beds, indefinite length of stay. A supportive setting where individuals can begin to stabilize and develop the basic skills to live independently as responsible tenants. On-site staffing.

Rent-geared-to-income apartments - 56 self-contained permanent units that offer a balance between support and independence. Two locations in Durham Region.

Assistance with finding housing, employment, health care and counselling.

Assistance with identification replacement.

Correctional half-way house - 20 beds.

Services and Programs:

Eligibility / Target Population: Permanent apartment units are male and female 18 years or older. Shelter for homeless males only 16 years of age or older.
