Service Description:

Community programs and volunteer placements provide recreational and social supports to individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with dual diagnosis * programs foster personal and emotional growth and are offered in a group setting or may be individually designed * programs include:- swimming
- cooking classes
- bowling
- drama
- literacy

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Individuals must have a developmental disability, be 18 years or older, no longer in school, have own transportation, capable of self-feeding and ambulatory.
