124-bed long-term care home * residential care for 74 private rooms, 12 semi-private rooms, and 50 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals

- medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)

Light Care - Independent with activities of daily living but may require some cueing or supervision

living, with nursing care and/or severe cognitive impairment
