Service Description:
|
Substance Use: A methadone and suboxone maintenance treatment clinic. Provides comprehensive treatment services to assist individuals dealing with street drugs or dependency to narcotic medication such as oxycontin, oxycodone, percocet, dilaudid, morphine, hydromorphone, and fentanyl.
Alcohol Use: An Alcohol Use Treatment Clinic. Provides pharmacotherapy and management of alcohol use. Specialist available for person's in need of a provider for legal proceedings or returning to work. (Services not covered under OHIP will be billed as out of pocket for special services regarding monitoring of alcohol use).
Chronic Pain: A Suboxone Maintenance Treatment Clinic. Provides a chronic pain treatment option in a safe prescribing manner
Opioid Medication Management Clinic: Referral required. Provides outpatient services regarding management of narcotics. Specializing in safe prescribing practices and patient support.
