Service Description: Offers volunteer delivery support in the GTA for isolated and vulnerable members of the community that are unable to support themselves and do not have access to a support system. 
  • As part of the delivery support, volunteers can do foodbank hamper pick-ups, grocery shops for food and essential supplies and medication pick-up
  • Delivery service is free of cost, the purchaser is only responsible for the payment of their items * requests need to be placed at least 72 hours in advance
  • Care Calls provides mental health support and community-building for seniors experiencing isolation * hotline for seniors that are looking to check-in and just have a friendly conversation * organizes in-person events and virtual events on Zoom or conference call
