- Priority access to opportunities - Get notified about job opportunities, job fairs and hiring events
- Job matching services - Connect with suitable employers looking for a specific skill set.
- Tools for career exploration and skills assessments - Find the career path that’s right for you and demonstrate proven skills to employers
- Apprenticeship coordination - Learn the requirements for your trade and get support with the sponsorship process
- Financial supports - Financial supports for costs associated with starting a new job
- Assistance for youth and students - Develop new skills and gain work experience
- Job search support for newcomers - Workshops for newcomers, resource centres with computer and internet access and more.
Programs:
- Youth Job Connection / Youth Job Connection Summer - Paid training followed by part-time, full-time or summer placement
- Second Career - Up to $28,000 in funding for education to develop new skills for in-demand jobs. For recently laid-off workers
- Ontario Job Creation Partnerships - Develop new skills and gain work experience through employers sponsored, community-based projects
- Canada-Ontario Job Grant - Employers may be eligible to receive up to $10,000 in funding for training and upskilling current and new employees
