Eligibility / Target Population:

People recovering from elective joint surgeries and other complex orthopedic conditions * must have active rehab goals and be able to participate and tolerate increasing amounts of rehab therapy * must have adequate cognitive communication abilities for rehab * must have a reliable means of transportation
