Medical health care team focused on family and community health * coordinates patient care in order to assess and treat injuries or illness * team includes family doctor and nurse practitioner * access to mental health clinicians, dietitian, occupational therapist, and pharmacist through the family health team * clinics are located in the Turnbull Building, Time Square, Be Well Centre and the Medical Arts Building in Peterborough
