Service Description:

Clinical sites for patients who are ambulatory and require nursing services, such as IV therapy, medical injections or wound dressing changes * through this nursing clinic, Ontario Health atHome provides nursing services for those ambulatory patients who would normally be waiting at home to receive treatment.

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Must be ambulatory patient of Ontario Health atHome between the ages of 14 and 65.
|
