Companionship, respite care, and emotional support to people and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-threatening illness * bereavement support for anyone who has experienced the death of someone close * services can be provided at home, or in hospitals and long-term care homes
Bereavement Services - Support groups held in various communities throughout the year
Services include:- health system navigation
- caregiver support
- volunteer companionship
- support groups
- grief and bereavement care for both children and adults
Palliative Care Community Team - Available at home, in hospital, or long term care * compassionate care to meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs; offers comfort, dignity, and guidance during difficult times
