Medical health care team focused on family and community health * coordinates patient care in order to assess and treat injuries or illness * team includes family doctor and nurses * access to nurse practitioners, dietitian, pharmacist, psychologist, social workers, phlebotomists (medical technicians who draw blood samples), foot care nurse specialist, occupational therapist, and respiratory therapist through the family health team

- After Hours Clinic - Fenelon Falls- 53 Colborne St E - Wed 1pm-5:30pm
