Service Description: Medical clinic run by health professionals for currently enrolled Symons Campus Trent University students. Services include:
  • Birth control counselling
  • Emergency contraception
  • Pregnancy testing and counselling
  • cervical cancer screening (HPV testing)
  • STI testing, information, treatment, and follow-up
  • Prescription renewals (please make an appointment 3-4 weeks before your prescription is set to run out)
  • First aid, wound care and dressing, suture removal
  • Injuries
  • Wart treatment
  • Colds, flus, headaches, migraines
  • Immunizations and other injections (B12, Depo, etc.)
  • Allergy injections already prescribed by an Allergist (see below for more information)
  • TB testing (Nursing students please contact the School of Nursing)
  • Smoking cessation counselling
  • Nutritional assessment and counselling by a Registered Dietician
  • Referrals to specialists as deemed medically necessary
  • Mental health assessments and treatment
  • Gender affirming care for trans and non-binary individuals (including hormone provision and surgical planning
