Service Description: Health centre providing education, prevention and promotion through community-based health programs and family medical care * referral to other regional health services

Culturally appropriate programs and services for Indigenous people, combining traditional health and Western medical practices * aims to improve the social supports and conditions that affect long-term health

Health Education and Promotion - Community health representative, community health nurse, community support worker, wholistic health coordinator, healthy alternative lifestyles worker and first response team

Services and Programs - Administration of finances, economic development, policing, social services, mental health services, employment and training services, child care centre, child and youth services, community support services, diabetes education and support community support services, diabetes education and support

Indigenous Native Alcohol and Drug Use Program -
Prevention, intervention, and follow up services for people with addictions

Home and Community Care -
Health services provided in a home or community setting for older adults, persons with disabilities, or injured persons * includes homemaking, personal support and nursing care
