Dental & Oral Health Services - Free dental clinics for eligible children and youth (ages birth-17 years), adults enrolled in selected programs, and older adults 65 years and older * low cost dental clinic referral for those not eligible for free services

Diabetes Prevention - Community programs that focus on promoting healthy lifestyle changes to prevent type 2 diabetes * programs focus on diabetes risk assessment, food skills and nutrition, physical activity, and smoking cessation and stress management
